Shot Blasting unit comprising of 6 sets of blast wheels

With 6 sets the former GF ( Now DISA industries AG) Technical blast wheels, shot flow rate 280 kg/min, life of blades 500h.
The arrangement of the blast wheel underwent computer simulation; the upper/lower blast wheels are one to one correspondence, to eliminate the deformation of the thin plates.

Blasting Cabinet

Two layers of protecting liners are mazelike installed the blasting cabinet.

Shot Sweeping Equipments

Primary: High-strength Nylon rolling brush+shot collecting screw
Secondary: High pressure ventilator blows off the residual shot and attached dust.

Shot Recycling and Purification System

Separator: Overflow sensing type controllable multi-air wash separator.
Elevator: Special Nylon thread core transmission rubber belt, squirrel cage barrage.
Screw conveyor: With discharge opening
Shot valves: Pneumatically controlled, adopts position detecting pneumatic cylinder.
Shot replenisher: Positioned at the lower side of the elevator, to guarantee sufficient shot in the shot recycling system

Dust collection System

Adopts 3 sets of HRL-18 parallel mounted impulse blow-back vertically mounted cartridge type dust collector, Donaldson Filtering Material cartridge.
Adopts Cyclone dust collector, to preliminarily filter the coarse dust.
